The Dancing With The Stars favourite said that everyone has been there for him and he opened up about swapping the Mrs. Brown’s Boys set for the dancefloor this year
Mrs. Brown’s Boys star Danny O’Carroll has said his family has been very supportive after his marriage break-up.
His sister Fiona also went through a split three years ago, and has she been a big help to him.
He also opened up about turning 40 and why he will never get sick of playing his famous character of Buster Brady.
The Dancing With The Stars favourite told RSVP Magazine: “My whole family has, everyone has been there for me.

“My family is very supportive, they’re supportive to both me and Amanda and to the kids. My family is fantastic.”
Danny is 41 now. Turning 40 is a milestone birthday and can be a time of reflection, but he didn’t look at it that way.
He explained: “I still feel like I’m 21, turning 40 doesn’t feel like a milestone at all. I’ll tell you how I feel 40, doing this dancing.
“I got out of bed yesterday morning and I had to start on my knees and work my way up on the dressing table so I could stand up.
“My body is in bits. That’s the only downfall of being in your 40s.”
Danny is used to working alongside his dad, siblings and kids on Mrs. Brown’s Boys, so joining the cast of Dancing With The Stars was daunting going in by himself.

He said: “It’s something I’m not used to and usually I’m very comfortable filming. I’ve been doing TV for so long with my family, it has become second nature at this stage.
“Coming in with a completely different crew, I felt like a duck out of water on the dance floor.
“You also don’t want to make an eejit out of yourself after learning the routine and performing it in front of half a million people.”
Mrs. Brown’s Boys was a great success again over Christmas and New Year’s ratings wise, but there are always naysayers who make the most noise.
Danny said: “We love making the show and we’ll keep doing it until we’re told to stop.
“As much as you hear the negatives, the positives are tenfold more. We’re enjoying every minute of Mrs. Brown’s Boys and that will never stop.”
Danny never gets sick of playing Buster Brady.
He said: “Absolutely not, I love playing him. He’s a cracking character to play.
“He’s a loveable rogue and he gets away with absolute murder. He gets great lines in the script.”
